Athear Othman is a distinguished legal professional and strategic leader, currently serving as Sr. Partner at Clout Law Firm (Amman office). With her extensive experience in legal counsel, contract management, and strategic leadership, Athear is known for her exceptional ability to drive organizational growth and navigate complex legal environments.
Since joining Clout Law Firm in August 2022, Athear has played a pivotal role in providing visionary leadership, managing financial operations and human resources. Her expertise in legal oversight, risk management, and business development strategies has been invaluable.
Prior to her current role, Athear was a Senior Real Estate Contracts and Quality Assurance Specialist at Arab Bank from October 2012 to August 2022, where she managed real estate contracts and upheld quality standards. She also served as Legal & HR Manager at KDS from May 2012 to October 2012, focusing on legal counsel and HR management. As a Senior Legal Advisor at Orange Telecommunication from September 2011 to May 2012, she provided legal advice and managed litigation. Athear began her legal journey as a Lawyer at Nassar and Sons Law Firm from March 2006 to January 2011, handling a diverse range of legal duties.
